The Mosplein 18 Homeowners’ Association is active and financially sound. The association is professionally managed and has a long-term maintenance plan in place. The monthly dues are €230.36.

The ground lease:
The ground lease is €576 per year and runs until 2058. As the owner, you have the option to switch to a perpetual ground lease, in which case you can choose to buy out the lease entirely or lock in the terms.
