Al bijna 25 jaar geniet ik nog elke dag van onze mooie stad en heb ik veel plezier om in Amsterdam te wonen en te werken.

Monique zoekt voor jou de beste hypotheek gebaseerd op jouw wensen, eisen en doelstellingen. Dat kan op basis van de hypotheekvorm, een rentetarief, maar uiteraard net zo goed op basis van de voorwaarden zijn en eigenlijk altijd een combinatie.
Maar die kleine lettertjes zijn zo vaak zo ondoorzichtig!
Doordat ik toegang heb tot -bijna- alle geldverstrekkers in Nederland kan ik voor jou niet alleen alle rentetarieven met elkaar vergelijken maar juist ook die voorwaarden. Die voorwaarden zijn minstens zo belangrijk als de rentetarieven. Tarieven kan je als klant zelf vergelijken maar de voorwaarden -oftewel de zogenoemde kleine lettertjes- zijn voor een consument ondoorzichtig. Bovendien heb je vaak niet eens toegang tot alle geldverstrekkers. Dus wanneer je het belangrijk vindt om voor jezelf de beste hypotheek aan te gaan, dan kan je mij inhuren voor advies en uiteraard het afsluiten van de hypotheek.
