Fair price for a good result
At a flat rate of 1%, I pay an amount proportionate to the final sales price. If my home sells well, then the real estate agent is rewarded – and rightly so. No fixed upfront costs, but pay based on performance.
Full service included
The fee is all-in. So no surprises afterwards about start-up costs, photography, marketing or negotiations. Everything is included. That gives me clarity and peace of mind.

* For purchase prices above 1 million, a different brokerage fee will apply. Additional work will be provided such as hiring a structural engineer and legal advice.
