Living on Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat means living in what may be one of the most enjoyable locations in the city. Within walking distance of the Canal Belt, Leidseplein, Museumplein, and Vondelpark. For your daily groceries, shopping, a coffee, or drinks, you do not even have to leave the street. The complex was built in 2011 and is situated on freehold land. I would be happy to invite you for a viewing.

Be sure to check out our virtual 3D tour via funda or our website.
You can walk through the entire home virtually and immediately get a clear impression of the layout and spaces. You can measure dimensions yourself and view the home without furniture at the touch of a button. Ideal for preparing thoroughly for the viewing.

You can reach the apartment on the fourth floor via the elevator. From the wide gallery with open views, you arrive at the entrance of the home.

Upon entering, you step into the hallway with space for a wardrobe. On the right-hand side is the spacious bedroom, large enough for a double bed and a generous wardrobe wall.

The living room is remarkably bright and generously laid out. Smooth plastered walls and high ceilings, combined with the light cast floor, create a modern and calm atmosphere. The open kitchen with cooking island forms the heart of the home and connects beautifully with the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, including a four-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, and a double refrigerator.

From the living room you can step directly onto the southeast-facing balcony. Here you can enjoy plenty of natural light and open views. A lovely place to sit outside and relax.

The bathroom is spacious and features a comfortable, playfully designed walk-in shower, a double vanity unit, and the possibility to install a bathtub, as the connections are already in place. The toilet is separate.

The internal storage room is ideal for extra storage. Here you will also find the technical installations and the connection for the washing machine.

The Homeowners’ Association is professionally managed and is healthy and active. A long-term maintenance plan is in place and the monthly contribution is €213.

The apartment is located on freehold land, so there is no ground lease to pay.

The location is fantastic. Situated at the junction of three city districts: Oud-West, the city center, and Oud-Zuid. Just a few minutes’ walk from Leidseplein and the Canal Belt, around the corner from Museumplein and the PC Hooftstraat, and with Vondelpark as your backyard bonus. The neighborhood has a village-like character, with a bakery, butcher, and fishmonger on the street. The Albert Heijn supermarket is around the corner, you can enjoy coffee at the Koffie Salon, and have a beer at Café Helmers or at one of the many other cafés and restaurants nearby.
