A major study by the Free University of Amsterdam found that fixed-price brokers sell better, than brokers with a revenue model based on a percentage of the selling price. But not only that. The survey shows that the number of sales are surprisingly good.
The two main points are:
- Fixed-price brokers sell faster and at a 2.7% better price than “expensive” brokers.
and
- Fixed-price brokers specialize in negotiating, and this pays off!
